1.      The unit price was derived using the actual employee’s salary, divided by 2080 hours.  To the salary, we add fringe and overhead, G&A, and then fee.  The fringe/overhead and G&A rates are different for each company.  The fee is 8%.  Any pass through is 3%.  The escalation used is 3.5% per year.

                                               A.      For example, the highest rate for SLA is a Specialized Communications Engineer.  That salary is $219,377 per year.  We divide that by 2080 to get a base rate of 105.47 per hour.  We add the Fringe and Overhead (67.50) to that to get 172.97.  Next, we add G&A (10.38) to get 183.35.  Finally we add the fee (14.67) and have the final burdened (billed) rate of 198.02. 

                                               B.      This is a team member’s activity, and factor in the 3% pass through would be added to the total, making the final billed rate $203.96.
